Rental Application

 In order to apply for one of our rental homes, please click here to download a Rental Application. The Application can be completed on your computer then emailed, faxed, mailed or hand delivered to our office. A $40 per adult application fee** is required. All adults living on the property will have to complete an application. You may mail your application, along with your application fee, to:

**Please note that we only accept EXACT cash regarding the application fee. No checks or money orders will be accepted. This is in case someone's application fee is processed, and they sign a lease before you. We will return your money if someone is approved before you.

Maintenance Request Form

The Maintenance Request Form is for use by current clients to request service to their home. Please click here to download a Maintenance Request Form. After completing the form email it to omicronllc@hotmail.com. Alternatively it can be faxed (864-574-5141) or hand delivered to our office.
